JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Accounting Assistant to help manage day-to-day financial tasks in a fast-moving retail environment. This position involves handling financial records, processing transactions, and supporting reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multitasking role.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Track and record daily sales transactions across retail branches
  • Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and outgoing payments
  • Reconcile internal records with bank statements to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Keep financial documentation well-organized and up to date
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the accounting team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Good grasp of general accounting principles and financial documentation
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar systems
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective time management

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Saturday (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
