Production Assistant (Day Shift – Dumaguete City)

Overview

We are looking for a Production Assistant to help manage the process of creating and delivering branded merchandise and promotional items. This role is all about being organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. You'll work with the sales and production teams, as well as suppliers, to make sure every order is completed on time, matches client requirements, and meets quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and coordinate artwork designs, making sure they follow client brand guidelines.
  • Assist in managing the production process for decorated product orders.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers about samples, artwork, production updates, and delivery details.
  • Track and organize the dispatch of goods, confirm deliveries, and handle any issues that come up.
  • Monitor project timelines and make sure all tasks are finished on time.
  • Check supplier invoices, raise concerns if needed, and forward them to Finance.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and help evaluate new products.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members.
  • Keep product, order, and client records updated.
  • Support the sales team with quotes and documents.
  • Join team meetings and help improve daily processes.
  • Do general admin work and assist with other tasks when required.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Customer-focused, with good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive).
  • Quick learner who can pick up new systems and tools.
  • Problem-solver who can think ahead and work independently.
  • A good team player who can adapt and help where needed.
  • Preferred but not required: Experience in promotional products, merchandise, printing, ecommerce, supplier coordination, or decoration methods (e.g., embroidery, screen printing, engraving, heat press).
