Job Function

A Retail Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers in a retail setting, promoting and selling products, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
  • Promote and upsell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Handle cash register operations, process payments, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain product displays, restock shelves, and ensure store cleanliness.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
  • Follow store policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail preferred

Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic about helping customers

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php12,077.00 per month
