What You'll Do:

  • Deliver excellent customer service across phone, email, and/or chat.
  • Guide customers by answering questions, providing instructions, and resolving concerns.
  • Handle multiple computer screens and systems efficiently.
  • Ensure every interaction provides an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Legal working age with at least a high school or senior high school diploma.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute and navigate computer systems with ease.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Contact center experience is an advantage but not required.
