What You'll Do:
- Deliver excellent customer service across phone, email, and/or chat.
- Guide customers by answering questions, providing instructions, and resolving concerns.
- Handle multiple computer screens and systems efficiently.
- Ensure every interaction provides an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Legal working age with at least a high school or senior high school diploma.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to type 35 words per minute and navigate computer systems with ease.
- Positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Contact center experience is an advantage but not required.
