As we expand our commercial team, we are looking for hungry and motivated Business Development Representatives who are excited to drive outbound sales and connect with decision-makers.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support one of our clients—a Series B AI-enabled Revenue Growth Management SaaS platform serving global CPG and Telco clients.
As a BDR, you will play a critical role in generating qualified leads and setting meetings with senior stakeholders, helping drive the growth of the platform in the APAC market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound channels such as cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Book and qualify meetings with key decision-makers within assigned customer segments
- Communicate the value of our client's SaaS solutions in a consultative manner
- Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline, activity, and prospect engagement
- Collaborate with Account Executives to optimize conversion and feedback strategies
- Continuously improve messaging, outreach tactics, and overall sales performance
Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Strong hunter mentality with a focus on building pipeline from scratch
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Highly proactive, resilient, and target-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience selling to CPG, FMCG, or Telco clients
- Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Knowledge or interest in AI, analytics, or enterprise SaaS solutions
