JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree Holder

At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Procure to Pay

At least 1 to 2 years of experience Team lead

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible

Willing to work in Naga City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the manager to deliver a high quality and services to their client

Handle the development strategy to help in the development in the company

Manage the escalated and customer services issues

Developing, maintaining, and enhancing compliant PTP processes

Collaborate to the other team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the manager in providing high-quality service to clients.

Contribute to strategic planning to support the company's growth and development.

Resolve escalated issues and ensure effective customer service.

Develop, maintain, and improve compliant Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.

Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth collaboration and workflow.
