About the role

Artech Technology Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Project Admin to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a contract role with the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of our client projects. As a Project Manager / Project Admin, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of various project tasks and activities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and effective delivery of project milestones
  2. Coordinate and schedule project activities, meetings, and resources to optimise efficiency
  3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate solutions
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  6. Maintain accurate project documentation, including timesheets, status reports, and project records
  7. Provide administrative support to the project team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a project management or project administrative role, preferably in the technology or IT industry
  2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Fluency in English and Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher)
  7. Familiarity with agile project management frameworks is a plus
