Job description:

A. JOB SUMMARY

A Implementation plays a crucial role in organizing and overseeing different aspects of a project to guarantee its success. The responsibilities of a OA involves assigning and overseeing daily tasks and communication, as well as producing reports and updates for both the supervisors and other management team members. The OA is mainly in charge of handling administrative duties for the Project Manager or Project Supervisor and team to maintain the project's efficiency. This can involve tasks such as help in procuring equipment and supplies in collaboration with a procurement officer, overseeing deadlines and workflow, and arranging meetings and appointments.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensures timely project delivery above anything else.

  2. Maintains work task schedules through a General Task List.

  3. Managing and monitoring deliverables through a Checklist and Gantt Chart.

  4. Keeps team members informed of progress and updates through Progress Reports.

  5. Planning, scheduling, and documenting project team meetings.

  6. Aids in monitoring project budget and resources.
