Project Development Associate

Job Description:

The Project Development Associate will assist in coordinating and executing store or site development projects from planning to turnover. The role involves reviewing project plans, monitoring progress, managing documentation, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Request and review quotations from contractors and suppliers.
  • Evaluate project plans, layouts, and perspectives for compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct ocular inspections using the store improvement checklist.
  • Assist in final inspections before project turnover.
  • Prepare and process Marketing Request Forms and Purchase Requisition Forms.
  • Update and monitor project sheets and progress reports.
  • Submit month-end project reports to management.
  • Create and draft store or project floor layouts when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or any related field.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in project development, construction, or site coordination.
  • Proficient in project documentation, layout preparation, and monitoring tools.
  • Physically and mentally fit to handle fieldwork and project deadlines.
  • Willing to travel frequently, including 2–3 days of field assignment when necessary.
  • Can start immediately.
