HR GENERALIST

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support end-to-end hiring: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
  • Assist in conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • HR Administration
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage timekeeping, attendance, and leave administration.
  • Performance & Development
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Track employee progress and career development plans.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration (HMO, insurance, allowances).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics).
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO/QMS standards, and government regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (generalist or specialist roles).
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle, BambooHR).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage confidential information with integrity.

Typical Work Environment

  • Works closely with HR Managers, department heads, and employees across all levels.
  • Balances administrative tasks with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Often part of a People & Culture or HR Operations team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
