About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Counter Sales Specialist to join our team at Edisons Group of Companies Inc. in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment
  • Restock and replenish shelves as needed
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards

What we're looking for

  • At least Senior High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail experience
  • Knowledge in Automotive or Electrical equipment is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service
