Job Summary:

The
Recruitment Specialist (Driver hiring)
is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for professional drivers. This role ensures that the organization attracts, evaluates, and hires qualified drivers in alignment with company standards and operational needs. The specialist plays a critical role in maintaining driver workforce readiness to support business growth.

The driver recruitment specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the company's transportation needs are met by recruiting qualified drivers.

To execute all functions related to the screening, evaluation, and onboarding of driver applicants. This includes ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements, maintaining applicant records, and ensuring compliance with hiring protocols and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience. Additional certification in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Management is a plus
  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume or field-based hiring and have end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Strong interviewing, candidate-assessment, and onboarding skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Results-driven, organized, and deadline-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism and willingness to conduct occasional field recruitment activities
  • Proficient in using job boards, social media, and networking
  • Ability to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Must be highly flexible and can work in tight deadlines
