About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Power Apps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications using Microsoft Power Platform  including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

This is a hybrid position for candidates based in the Philippines who have excellent English communication skills and a reliable internet connection. You'll collaborate daily with our U.S.-based team and play a key role in delivering intuitive, scalable, and secure business applications.
 

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain canvas and model-driven Power AppsDesign and automate workflows using Power AutomateIntegrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sourcesEnsure performance, security, and governance best practices are followedCollaborate with analysts, developers, and U.S.-based stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into working solutionsDocument system designs, workflows, and key componentsSupport deployed apps, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issuesParticipate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews in an agile environment
Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure servicesFamiliarity with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) and custom connectors is a plusOptional but preferred: Experience with .NET and C# for backend integrations, Azure Functions, or custom APIsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyReliable high-speed internet connection and ability to collaborate remotelyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
