Job Description:

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Apps Developer with proven experience working in law firm environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in designing and developing applications from scratch using Power Apps, SharePoint, and Azure, while leveraging CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. A solid understanding of basic UI/UX principles is also required to deliver intuitive and responsive applications for end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven) from the ground up
  • Develop and customize applications tailored to legal processes such as docket management, case tracking, client onboarding, document workflows, etc.
  • Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, MS 365, Azure services, and third-party systems
  • Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines to enable automated deployments and version control
  • Collaborate with product owners and legal stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure simple and user-friendly interfaces
  • Provide technical documentation, support and knowledge transfer to internal teams
  • Troubleshoot application issues and implement enhancements in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Power Apps / MS 365 development
  • Solid experience in SharePoint development and customization
  • Experience creating applications from ground up (not just configuration or template modification)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure CI/CD / Azure DevOps
  • Good knowledge of REST APIs, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Solid experience with UI / UX basics (forms, layouts, usability, accessibility)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder interaction abilities
  • Past experience of working with law firms or legal process automation is highly desirable
  • Understanding of Power BI
  • Knowledge of security and compliance needs for legal industry (e.g., data privacy, audit trails)
  • Integration experience with ERP or CMS platforms (e.g., Odoo)
