About The Role
The GOSAP
Marketing Specialist
will be responsible for enhancing the quality, consistency, and visual impact of CBRE's FM solutions and presentation materials across global integrated FM solutions. This role will support strategic pursuits, by producing high-quality decks, templates, and visual assets aligned with CBRE branding and messaging standards.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure consistently high quality of design and visual storytelling for solution presentations
  • Refine PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, internal reviews, and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams, solution leads, and marketing to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
  • Maintain and evolve standardized templates and style guides for global use
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials across time zones, leveraging offshore availability for faster turnaround.
  • Support ad hoc requests for visual content, infographics, and formatting.

What You'll Need

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills
  • Strong visual storytelling and layout design capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CBRE's corporate branding and marketing standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Experience working in offshore or remote environments preferred.
