DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned automation platforms or solutions.
  • Define product strategies and positioning based on market research, competitor analysis, and internal technical capabilities.
  • Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Work with hardware, software, and systems integration teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of features.
  • Prioritize and manage competing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations
  • Collaborate with engineering, project, and sales teams to deliver integrated product solutions.
  • Oversee product lifecycle—from concept to implementation and post-launch optimization
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices, including automation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and prioritize continuous improvement.
  • Other related tasks are assigned from time to time.

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Industrial equivalent engineering degree)
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant engineering experience, with at least 3-4 years in project management or a lead role.
  • Solid understanding of implementing industrial automation projects from manufacturing, water and wastewater, power and energy, and other industrial sectors.
  • Strong background in project execution, ideally in continuous improvement, process design, and automation optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Demonstrated capability in both the technical and management scope;
  • Ability to travel;
  • Demonstrated ability to interact well with peers and across all levels of the organization;
  • Experience in implementing automation/electrical solutions and writing software code;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Figma and ClickUp is preferred
  • Proven leadership and motivation skills;
  • Willing to work on flexible time.
