JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TECHNICAL ENGINEER

The Company:

Acceligent Solution Inc. is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) integrator that has been providing comprehensive network infrastructure solutions and managed services to clients since 2014.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Technical Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing technical support to customers and resolving issues related to our products and services. The aim is to maintain customer satisfaction and professional relationships.

The Technical Engineer's Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support through phone, email, and chat to customers and internal teams.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and diagnose both hardware and software issues, providing timely and reliable resolutions.
  • Support interactions are documented in the ticketing system to maintain accurate records of issues and solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for customers and support staff.
  • Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and enhance service quality.
  • Remain informed about product updates, new features, and industry developments to support ongoing improvement.
  • Perform tasks following organizational and client policies, procedures, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role, specifically with network infrastructure;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Maintains a customer-focused approach and delivers quality support
  • Possesses a strong understanding of network systems, protocols, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies
  • Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Offers robust analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficient at multitasking and consistently meeting project deadlines

Work Set-up:

Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Time:

9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday
