Job Summary:

The Roving Repairs and Maintenance Staff is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs across multiple restaurant locations. This role ensures that all equipment, facilities, and premises are in good working condition, safe, and compliant with company standards. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and able to address a wide range of maintenance issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of restaurant facilities, equipment, and systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions or coordinate with external contractors for more complex repairs.
  • Maintain a log of completed and pending maintenance tasks and report any major issues to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with setting up and moving equipment or furniture as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar maintenance or repair role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across various locations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between locations.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be willing to travel between restaurant locations as required.
  • May need to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts depending on maintenance needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
