About the role

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at CAREPLUS INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC' in Las Pinas City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling inbound inquiries, and supporting our client's needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat
  2. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer issues
  3. Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive process improvements
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  3. Proficiency in data assessment with no need for a final interview
  4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  5. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements
  6. Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
