Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our team in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing professional and friendly customer service
  2. Handling a variety of customer inquiries, including order status, shipment tracking, and general support
  3. Documenting and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
  4. Proactively contacting customers to follow up on open cases or provide updates
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
  7. Continuously looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

  4. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and call centre software
  5. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
