About the Role

Quantum University is seeking an experienced Moodle Course Developer to join our team on a project-based, independent contractor basis. This role is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of setting up and maintaining courses on Moodle—from initial upload to final launch—ensuring everything functions seamlessly for our students.

Responsibilities

  • Upload, update, and configure new courses within Moodle.
  • Manage the entire process from start to finish, including setup, formatting, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all technical aspects of the courses run smoothly (links, quizzes, assignments, multimedia, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet course specifications and deadlines.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in Moodle functionality and user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Moodle (course creation, setup, and troubleshooting).
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.

Contract Details

  • Independent contractor role (not an employee position).
  • Hired on a project basis, depending on the university's needs.
