What you'll be doing

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes to support the organisation's goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their people challenges and collaborate on tailored solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and engaging employee experience

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably from a labor intensive workforce such as manufacturing and fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proficient in HR best practices, employment law and HR technology
  • Tertiary degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
