Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in guest service, staff performance, and operational efficiency. This leadership role involves managing front- and back-of-house teams, maintaining high service standards, achieving financial targets, and enhancing the reputation of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-focused, and experienced in managing fine dining establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and manage FOH and BOH staff to maintain consistency and professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
  • Handle budgeting, cost control, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Create and implement strategies to increase revenue, repeat business, and customer engagement
  • Resolve customer complaints and special requests with diplomacy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination during service
  • Maintain the ambiance, cleanliness, and readiness of the dining area
  • Plan and oversee special events, seasonal menus, and promotional activities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service flow and guest handling
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory software, and reservation platforms
  • Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L reports
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Hospitality degree or certification is preferred but not required
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City (Opus, Bridgetowne)
