Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • Licensed Architect (PRC Registered) preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, coordination, and documentation.
  • Experience in infrastructure or railway projects is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Design-Build or Public Infrastructure Projects (e.g., DOTr projects) preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for drawing revisions and BIM coordination.
  • Knowledge of BIM modeling and clash detection.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, design documentation, and change management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Design Manager/Architect Expert in reviewing the change requests of the contractor.
  • Carry out revisions to the drawings using Revit or AutoCAD as instructed by the Design Manager/Architect Expert.
  • Assist the Design Manager with proper documentation of the drawings.
  • Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings) or records of changes as needed.
  • Support the Civil Contractor with technical assistance to design the BIM model to be clash-free.
  • Liaise and coordinate between Civil Contractors and CP106.
  • Coordinate all activities with DOTr.
  • Possess the minimum skill set as listed above.
