Shift/Schedule: Monday to Friday / Dayshift

Location: Within NCR (motorcycle unit will be provided as a mode of transportation service when visiting schools)

Summary:

The FSR is responsible for managing and overseeing school partnerships, ensuring the seamless execution of the school collection program and promotional activities. As the primary leader of the school program, the FSR must meet objectives related to school activation and UBC volume growth, such as increasing the number of participating schools and the volume of used beverage carton collection.

They are also tasked with ideation and innovation, developing new activities, and identifying opportunities to boost awareness and collection volume within the school channel. Additionally, the FSR manages the operational backend to ensure everything runs smoothly and is fully implemented.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with school contacts (teachers/maintenance) to ensure UBCs are sorted/collected and recycling bins are in good condition.
  • Track school volume and update school contacts on their current ranking.
  • Maintain good relationships with school contacts by visiting them monthly.
  • Brainstorm with school contacts on strategies to increase UBC collection volume.
  • Create proposals and present them to prospective schools.
  • Increase the number of participating schools in the collection drive.
  • Manage and update information and keep all materials current.
  • Keep school contacts updated during collection days.
  • Track project-related paperwork and ensure all materials are current and properly filed.
  • Plan and organize event activities, securing permits, venues, manpower, and attendees.
  • Delegate event planning tasks to staff members as necessary.
  • Manage and oversee events on the day of, including problem-solving, directing event ingress and egress, communicating with the team, and managing take-down.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase awareness and participation in the school program.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving UBC collection volume.
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance the effectiveness of the school program.
  • Provide support to school contacts to ensure they understand the program's objectives and processes.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 1-3 years experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Know how to drive a motorcycle and with valid driver's license
  • With excellent customer service skills
  • Preferable residing within NCR (nearby NCR can be considered)
  • Willing to travel around NCR
