Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business-related course (Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle documents and reports accurately.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in accounting or related work is an advantage, but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles disbursement, checks preparation and vouchers;
  • Performs data entries of all trade payables transactions based on documents; received and settlement based on delivery receipts and invoices;
  • Generates reports and abstract of daily disbursements;
  • Controls and releases approved checks to the Company suppliers, creditors and other payees;
  • Monitors balance of deposits in transit and outstanding checks at the end of the month as tool for reconciling with bank records;
  • Exercises such other functions and performs other duties and responsibilities as may be delegated by immediate superiors.
