Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field

  • Relevant accounting work experience (internship or entry level accounting role)

  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and think methodically to solve financial problems

  • Strong ability working with figures and performing calculations accurately

  • Strong analytical and numerical thinking

  • Highly organized, reliable and keen attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Records and summarize financial transactions by entering them into accounting system

  • Manage accounts payable by ensuring timely invoice payments and handling accounts receivable by generating invoices.

  • Perform monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy

  • Assist accounting and finance manager in preparing financial statements, budgets, and various reports.

  • Gather financial documentation and data to support internal and external audits

  • Calculate and process payroll

  • Assist with the updating and tracking of the company's fixed assets.

  • Support internal and external processes

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information
