Our expertise includes Drafting, Rendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Loan Processing, IT, and Accounting services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details and flexibility adapting Australian standards.
  • Prepare presentations and design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, or similar software.
  • Exposure and understanding different architectural construction materials (color selections)
  • Communicate with the sales team regarding any design suggestions and 3D model for all rendering requirements in relation to the client requests.
  • Work with entire Philippines and offshore team

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Rendering (Lumion/VRay/Enscape), Photoshop and other design software.
  • Good oral and written communication skills fluently in the English Language.
  • Can deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision
  • Can work office-based
