JOB DESCRIPTION: Assistant Auditor

Location: South Caloocan (with fieldwork)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Accepting Fresh Graduates – Any Bachelor's Degree

We are looking for an Assistant Auditor who will help the Audit Team in reviewing documents, evaluating processes, and ensuring compliance across different departments. This role includes field assignments and is suited for candidates who are analytical, organized, and eager to learn.

Main Duties

  • Assist in performing financial, operational, and compliance audits.
  • Join field visits to inspect documents, validate transactions, and assess branch or site operations.
  • Review records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare working papers, summaries, and basic audit reports.
  • Encode data and organize audit files using Microsoft applications.
  • Track audit findings and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all audit information.
  • Support the audit team with other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates from any bachelor's degree program (business-related courses are an advantage but not required).
  • Willing to do regular fieldwork.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Available to work Monday to Saturday and can start immediately.
