RBS Auditor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Responsible Business Services (RBS) Auditor to join our growing audit team. The RBS Auditor will be responsible for conducting and completing social compliance, environmental, and quality audits in accordance with RBS Global Procedures, ISO 17021, ISO 19011, and relevant standards. This role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in RBS auditing, particularly those who are APSCA members, and who demonstrate strong technical knowledge, ethical integrity, and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete RBS audits (as team member or lead auditor) following global standards and company procedures.
• Conduct desk reviews of clients' codes of conduct and audit requirements across Social, Technical, Quality, Environmental, Security, and Chain of Custody audits.
• Prepare audit plans, itineraries, and reports to guide on-site or remote audit execution.
• Execute audits within the agreed scope and timelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with RBS protocols.
• Submit complete audit documentation and packages within the specified turnaround time.
• Provide support and respond to client inquiries regarding system standards and audit outcomes.
• Ensure continuous professional development through training and compliance with global RBS and APSCA requirements.
• Review and customize training materials; conduct training sessions when assigned.
• Support business development by maintaining relationships with existing clients and assisting in marketing initiatives.
• Coach and provide feedback to auditors under training or supervision.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professional conduct in accordance with the Code of Integrity.
• Adhere to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) policies, actively participating in safety and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in RBS audit requirements.
• APSCA Member (preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and audit management systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple audit engagements efficiently and independently.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
