Company & Job Description:Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the largest real estate and home-builders company. Our respected client is seeking a candidate with 15 years of experience in Sales, specifically with solid experience in shipping/marine or chemical industries, for the position of Sales Manager - Marine. The job is based in South Luzon, Philippines.

Job Summary:The Sales Manager - Marine will manage and lead the Sales team and direct reports by ensuring that all team members are well-trained and motivated to contribute and achieve budgeted sales targets. Key job responsibilities include:Develop and execute long- and short-term plans by applying strategies and guidelines to leverage the local company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to ensure revenue growth and profit maximization of the Customer Group operations. Develop and implement proper sales objectives and programs by setting priorities, selection criteria, and performance measures to effectively engage with customer groups.

Closely monitor and follow up on the implementation of agreed action plans to ensure that overall performance objectives are met. Implement standard procedures, processing, and reporting to ensure best practices are achieved through the sales teams. Organize, develop, motivate, and lead sales teams by setting clear targets and frameworks, coaching, supporting, and following up with team members.

Conduct periodic performance reviews and feedback sessions with employees as required. Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development within the marine/shipping industry.

Willingness to travel nationwide and internationally for training and meetings. Strong network and established relationships with stakeholders in the Philippine market. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to drive business growth, meet revenue targets, and penetrate new markets. Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership capabilities and ability to drive team performance.
