Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our team in Baguio City. This is a full-time on-site role where you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone and email in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
  • Provide helpful, accurate, and informed solutions to customer concerns, ensuring a positive overall experience
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and document management
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery
  • Contribute ideas and assist in improving customer service processes and standards

  • What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 months of experience as a CSR or Virtual Assistant (VA) – REQUIRED

  • Strong English communication skills – REQUIRED
  • Salesforce, Hubspot, Airtable or similar CRM is a MUST
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications and common BPO tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle client interactions effectively
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules
