  • Responsible in overseeing the efficient and cost-effective operations of the company's vehicle fleet. This role involves managing vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing ensuring compliance with safety regulations, while optimizing fleet utilization and minimizing costs.
  • Manage Drivers and Mechanics, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Ensures all vehicles and Drivers adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Analyze fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and other fleet-related expenses to identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, service history, and other relevant data.
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts and tools for vehicle maintenance.

  • Collaborates with other departments, including logistics and transportation, to optimize fleet usage and vehicle deployment.

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in motorpool or fleet management
  • A valid professional driver's license
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential for managing a team of drivers and mechanics.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and regulatory compliance
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
