Job Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the other project team members and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned projects.
  • Coordinate end-to-end project activities, including milestones tracking and timeline management.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Project Team, Development Team, Product Team, Sales, Logistics, etc.) and external stakeholders (Casino Operators, Third-Party Vendors, etc.).
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including feedback logs, project trackers, and timeline changes.
  • Monitor deliverables to ensure alignment with confirmed customer requirements and project scope.
  • Facilitate installation, testing, and go-live coordination with internal technical teams and client teams.
  • Prepare and submit project status reports, meeting minutes, and ad hoc documentation as needed.
  • Support post-deployment reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management. Having experience in gaming and information technology sectors is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects from conceptualization through execution and completion is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with casino operations, casino table game technologies, gaming regulations, or gaming system architecture is a strong advantage.
  • With PMP certificate will be an asset.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially client-facing contexts.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable using project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Excel, or Zoho Projects
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Basic understanding of hardware/software deployment lifecycles
  • Pays attention to details and can keep up with deadlines
  • Open to working with people from different countries and cultures
