We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Team Lead to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. This versatile role combines recruitment, client management, and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse and high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and supporting the selection of top talent. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and managing internal communications. Provide administrative support to senior management by coordinating projects, preparing reports, and organizing team activities.
Assist with employee onboarding and general HR tasks to ensure smooth team operations. Maintain regular communication with clients about active hiring processes. Collaborate with senior leadership on business operations and support employee relations and team development initiatives.
Grow into a leadership role, contributing to team development and managing employees as the organization expands. Qualifications:Proven experience in recruitment or customer success management – **MUST**. Experience working in remote roles – **MUST**.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with external candidates. Self-driven and detail-oriented, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets and Canva. Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment. Commitment to a long-term professional relationship with our team.
