You'll own the first-round screen, streamline the hand-off to hiring managers, and partner with Ops to make each hire feel effortless. What You'll

Do

• Pipeline Design: Build and continuously refine job ads, scorecards, and interview flows that filter for skill and culture fit.
• Sourcing & Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, , JobStreet, and niche communities to generate high-intent applicants daily.
• First-Round Vetting: Run 15-minute video screens, verify assessments, and deliver concise "thumbs-up / thumbs-down" reports so managers make fast decisions.
• Hiring Ops: Own our ATS (we use Workable + Notion), schedule interviews across time zones, and keep every candidate's status crystal-clear.
• Process Improvement: Audit funnel analytics weekly, flag bottlenecks, and ship SOP tweaks that shave hours off each hire.
• Talent Brand: Partner with Marketing to keep our employer-brand assets (careers page, LI posts, short-form video) fresh and on-message.

You Must Have

• 3+ years full-cycle recruitment or talent-ops experience in high-growth, remote teams.
• Proven record of filling 5–10 roles per month without sacrificing candidate quality.
• Fluency in English—written, verbal, and on-camera.
• Mastery of at least one modern ATS and the LinkedIn Recruiter / Boolean-sourcing toolbox.
• Process mindset: you document, automate, and A/B-test everything.

You Should Have

• Prior exposure to finance, PE, M&A, or SaaS talent markets (big plus).
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Loom, and basic data-tracking in Sheets.
• HR or recruitment certification (PHR, CIR, etc.) a bonus.
• A self-starter attitude—always looking for the 10× lever.
