Essentia is seeking an experienced telecommunications Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the Philippines to perform first-level sourcing of candidates, collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements, assess candidates against role requirements, and organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. This role blends operational agility with the strong client partnerships (both for external candidates and internal employees), while being a major ambassador of Essentia as an Employer of Choice.
Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations for our Philippine talent. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring top technical and executive-level talent across the telecommunications industry. In addition to full-cycle recruiting, the role will also focus on promoting employer branding and industry-wide talent mapping initiatives for critical and hard-to-fill positions. The successful candidate will serve as an important partner to HR Leadership and business leaders and play a key role in shaping our long-term talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for a wide range of roles—from technical and engineering talent to executive-level leadership — ensuring alignment with Essentia's operational and cultural standards.
- Executive Search: Design and implement search strategies for executive-level and niche technical roles across the Philippines, working closely with hiring leaders to define ideal candidate profiles.
- Talent Mapping: Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for key and critical positions in the telecommunications and broadband sector. Conduct market scans, benchmarking, and proactive candidate engagement.
- Employer Branding: Help promote the Essentia employer brand in the Philippine market and be closely involved in corporate / campus relations as well as in recruitment marketing campaigns to attract "A-player" talents.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, including HR, Operations, and Technical teams, to understand talent needs, and ensure effective hiring outcomes.
- Recruitment Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment KPIs, time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to improve hiring performance.
- Candidate Experience: Design and uphold a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel, from sourcing and interviewing through offer and onboarding.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal audit standards in all recruitment activities.
- AI-Driven Sourcing and Evaluation: Lead the implementation of AI-enabled recruitment technologies for sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment. Identify key tools and partners to scale and modernize Essentia's recruiting efforts.
- Process Optimization through Technology: Continuously explore and integrate web scraping, AI-agentic sourcing, and machine-learning tools to increase speed and efficiency of hiring for key technical and executive roles.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
Experience:
- Telecommunications Recruiting experience
- High-level proficiency in the Targeted Selection Process and working familiarity with the Topgrading Methodology for screening candidates.
- Strong in utilizing AI-enabled technological solutionsfor talent sourcing and evaluation (e.g., web scraping, AI-agentic sourcing, AI-enabled candidate evaluations).
- Demonstrated success implementing AI-enabled tools such as applicant scoring models, interview automation, and intelligent sourcing platforms.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search), and HR analytics platforms.
Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of the telecom industry talent landscape, including technical, field, and operational roles.
- Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding tools and platforms.
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in recruitment, talent sourcing, or employer branding are a plus.
Leadership and Skills:
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
- Deep commitment to creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Familiarity with telecom equipment and engineering methodologies.
