  1. Post the daily transactions from journals and external journals to the general ledger using RTeam system.

  2. Post the recurring journal to the RTeam's general ledger.

  3. Coordinate and resolve audit findings reported by the revenue auditor.

  4. Prepare the payroll of organic staff, compute the withholding tax and deduct all the accountabilities of the employees.

  5. Prepare and submit the following NOAH report to ALI Corp. for consolidation:

a. General Ledger

b. Intercompany

c. One Line Package

d. Full Line Package- Reporting

e. Full Line Package- Consolidation

f. Variance Analysis

g. PFRS 7

h. SRC Rule 68

i. Other Supplementary Schedules

j. Annual Reports

  1. Prepare the departmental and overall Management Income Statement.

  2. Prepare and submit to the BIR the annual inventory list and alphalist with the necessary attachments.

  3. Collate the annual budget of all departments and finalize with the finance director the overall budget of the club.

  4. Compute for the retirement/severance pay of the separated employees.

  5. Maintain and organize files of pertinent accounting records.

  6. Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
