TOA Global is seeking a Senior Accountant to work closely with the client to support the business and manage various tasks.

Job Description

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for finalizing regular account reconciliations, understanding and reconciling Intercompany transactions, and preparing internal reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger Maintenance, and Bookkeeping
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and Accounts Payable/Receivable management
  • Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts
  • Routinely reconciling job reports from the operations team to the master customer ledger
  • Reviewing the installation reconciliation ledger
  • Preparing and recording asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries
  • Month-end preparation, including preparing intercompany journal entries and analyzing data
  • Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring SalesForce CRM is up-to-date
  • Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Supervising junior staff and offering open lines of communication
Requirements

We are looking for an A-star individual with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Preferably with knowledge in accounting software like Xero, MYOB, and Workflowmax
  • Experience with platforms like Xero, SalesForce CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Google Apps
  • Australian or US accounting experience is required
  • Deadline-oriented
