Civil Project Manager

  • Full time position
  • Based on site in the Philippines

As the Civil Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of civil construction projects — from planning and design coordination to execution, quality assurance, and handover. You'll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Act as interface between EPC, sub contractors and vendors.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Oversee site operations to maintain health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting.
  • Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Able to be based on site
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience managing civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer ideal
