We're looking for a Bookkeeping Team Lead Ongoing department with strong ANZ experience to manage a team of accounting professionals, ensure accurate service delivery, and support client onboarding. During the nesting period, the role is focused on meeting client needs and securing a long-term partnership.

Hybrid Set-up (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) | NZ time zone {5AM to 2PM}

--TEMPORARY WFH set-up until Q2 next year--

WHAT YOU'LL DO

-Lead and support a team of 10–15 bookkeepers.

-Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping: AP/AR, reconciliations, GST, basic payroll.

-Review financial data and ensure accuracy.

-Provide after-care support for ANZ clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and operations run smoothly.

-Support process improvements and resolve escalations.

WHAT YOU BRING

-Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance.

-Xero-certified (required).

-2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience for ANZ or other global clients.

-Experience in the offshore/BPO industry.

-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.

-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
