Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and oversee all project portfolios across the organization
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project management frameworks, standards, and best practices
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project managers and team members
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate resource allocation and prioritize projects based on organizational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with business strategy and objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
  • Lead strategic initiatives and support organizational change management efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 8–12 years of experience in project management, with at least 3–5 years in a PMO leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 Practitioner are highly desirable
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150, Php250,000.00 per month
