About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Band E-Commerce Supervisor to join our dynamic team at SHINEPRO in Antipolo , rizal As a E-Commerce Supervisor, you will Responsible for all brand official store-related matters on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora.

What you'll be doing

1. Lead point of contact for all account management matters between marketplaces, brands, internal teams

2. Forecasts, tracks, and reports key metrics on various platforms, identify improvement areas, gathers market information to achieve sales goals and objectives

3. Liaises between cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions for any counterparts

4. Proposes sales plans for campaigns and sale dates based on size and visibility of the brand on a campaign day.

5.Tracks and analyses KPIs, prepares reports on performance for future planning and execution.

5. Produce reports and case closing materials based on client and departmental needs.

  1. What we're looking for
  2. At least 3 years of experience in E-Commerce platform operations such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and Tiktok Shop.
  3. Must be comfortable with pulling data and doing analysis to help brand performance and process flows.
  4. Punctual, adaptable, highly organized, overall team player, with good people skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent in English and Filipino in both oral and written forms.
  6. AMust be confident in presenting themselves to top executives.
