About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at our SM Clark Site in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer service to our clients through our call centre operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up on outstanding tasks
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer concerns
  5. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail or service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and respond effectively to customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to assist customers
