About the role

Looking for an exciting new career opportunity as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at TTEC Cebu 2'? Our call centre team in Angeles City, Pampanga is growing, and we're seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic and rewarding work environment. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to earn up to 30,000 PHP per month.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone and via digital channels
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a friendly and efficient manner
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding items
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  5. Identify opportunities to improve our processes and contribute to the overall success of the call centre

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
