About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Salesboy (Pet Supplies) to join our team at Tom's Koi Pet Supplies in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the overall appearance and organisation of our pet supplies store.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assist customers in finding the pet supplies they need and provide product information and recommendations
  3. Process customer transactions
  4. Restock shelves and ensure the store is well-organised and visually appealing
  5. Communicate with the management team to address customer inquiries and concerns
  6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  7. Participate in inventory management and stock control activities

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
  3. Basic mathematics skills
  4. Enthusiasm for the pet supplies industry and a genuine interest in providing quality service
  5. Willingness to work as part of a team and to learn new skills
  6. High school diploma or equivalent
