What we're looking for
- A detail-oriented, highly organized individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Educational attainment: at least senior high school graduate
- Prior experience in retail, administration, or inventory management is required, but knowledge of and familiarity with the pet care industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office and Google Workspace (specifically Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets)
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays*
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management alike

What you'll be doing
- Monitor inventory and report low inventory stock for re-ordering
- Conduct physical and cycle counting of stocks regularly and keeps records updated at all times
- Reconcile all counted stocks against the system's inventory
- Analyze stock movement by identifying fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving items
- Prevent, detect, and escalate inventory discrepancies to the management
- Generate weekly reports to ensure critical areas of the inventories are controlled and discrepancies are resolved
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by their immediate supervisor such as being a Reliever Cashier or Sales Clerk (Saleslady/Salesboy) to substitute for absent coworkers
