Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manage Planetarianz Realty's online presence (social media, website updates, etc.)
  • Coordinate events, open houses, and property expos
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling marketing materials
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing or related roles (real estate background is a plus)
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media management
  • Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Resides in Cebu or willing to relocate
