Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Atleast 1 year experience in administrative works such as making reports and memos
- Experience in organizing and planning meetings for executives and managers
- Experience and knowledge in processing compliance permits such as business permits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with other nationalities
- Proficiency in MS Suite
- Willing to work full onsite in commonwealth
Job Description
- Assist Managers
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Process compliance permits in LGUs
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Provides support to HR Services team in matters involving HMO
- Prepare and submit DOLE Wair monthly
- Prepare and submit DOLE BQR Wair monthly
- Request, receive, sort, arrange and inventory of supplies regularly
- Prepare and set-up supplies for Store Opening
- Ensure availability of forms needed by Stores
- Assist Managers as needed
- EBT encoding
- Receives Sales Invoice
- Maintain access to recruitment email, and endorse CVs to HR Services team
- Provides support for RPM food-tasting
