Qualifications

• Graduate of Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrates high integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
• Physically fit and able to handle active, on-site duties
• Works well in a team-oriented environment

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on individual to oversee shift operations and guide team performance. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily functions while maintaining high standards in service and workplace practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee shift activities to ensure all departments function smoothly and efficiently
• Provide leadership and motivation to staff to achieve service and operational goals
• Manage scheduling and task delegation to maximize team productivity
• Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety procedures are consistently followed
• Track stock levels, assist in managing deliveries, and help reduce wastage
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a positive guest experience
• Support the onboarding and continuous training of team members
• Uphold company procedures related to operations, including financial handling and safety protocols
• Support performance monitoring and contribute to employee development conversations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php30,000.00 per month
